Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before requesting a service.
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read them and agree to the terms below.
Changes may be made to my T.O.S. You will be held to the most up to date version of this T.O.S.

Request Conditions

  • I, the artist, reserve the right to decline a project for any reason.

  • All commissions come with a base set of permissions and licencing rights for personal use only, unless specified otherwise. Commercial use and other usage rights can be acquired for an additional cost. (see Usage Conditions & Rights section)

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are 100% upfront.

  • Payment plans may be offered on commissions equal to or over £80 in value, however these are on a case-by-case basis and must be discussed before a commission is taken.

  • Appropriate refunds (based on the work completed) will be offered in the case of me being unable to complete a commission and this will be clearly communicated with the commissioner.

  • I retain the right to cancel a commission at my discretion, at any point during the process. Refunds will be issued based on the amount of work completed.

  • Refunds will not be offered once the commission has been accepted and the payment has been made, unless one of the above clauses applies.

  • If I fail to complete a commission within the guaranteed timeframe I provide you, you may request a refund.

  • My base pricing is in GBP (£). Please be aware of conversion rates!

Deadlines and Delivery

  • The expected timeframe for commission completion depends on both my availability and the type of commission.

  • Deadlines will be clearly communicated with the commissioner upon the commission being agreed on.

  • Commission deadlines may shift based on extenuating circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; illness, unforeseen scheduling conflicts or loss.

  • Revisions will add time to a deadline. The amount of time added depends on the scale of the revision.

  • Deadlines will shift if you, the commissioner, fail to communicate within a reasonable timeframe. Commissions that have been pending responses for over a week will be paused and deadlines will be recalculated based on when I receive a response and resumed accordingly.

  • I do not offer rush commissions. If you have a specific deadline for a commission, it must be discussed before the commission is confirmed.

Usage Conditions & Rights

  • Please make sure you acquire the correct licensing when purchasing a commission.

  • If you require additional licensing for a previously purchased commission, please contact me.

  • Using a commission outside of the agreed and/or purchased usage terms will incur penalties and possible blacklisting from future commissions.

  • Profiting from my artwork is strictly prohibited, unless you have acquired the license to do so.

  • Any sharing of my artwork must be credited to me. Whether it is a simple mention of my username or proper tagging of my accounts, credit must clearly direct to me, the artist.

  • Editing / fixing / tracing & defacing my artwork strictly prohibited and will get you blacklisted from future commissions. If you would like edits to a previous commission, please contact me.

  • Hiding or editing out my watermark will get you blacklisted from future commissions.

  • I, the artist, retain the right to use any artworks for my own portfolio and share them publicly unless explicitly agreed with the commissioner otherwise.

  • Any artwork commissioned from me is forbidden from being used in or with any AI generation tools, AI data harvesting and NFT / Blockchain processes.

Communication

  • My main methods of communication are via VGen and Discord. Other platforms may be requested for communication but aren’t guaranteed.

  • Please be patient when messaging, I may not be able to respond right away but I will contact you when I can.

  • Feel free to ask for commission updates and WIPs at any point during the commissioning process.

  • Clients are expected to be respectful when communicating, excessive rudeness and overstepping set boundaries may result in blacklisting from future commissions.
